$30.00 per month pet charge for each animal living in the Apartment

Carpet Replacement Policy
After a resident with a pet moves out, all carpet will automatically be replaced regardless of its observable condition. If a resident moves out prior to the expected useful life of the carpet, Resident may be responsible for a portion of the carpet replacement cost.
