Dogs
One (1) Dog maximum per Apartment
Dog must weigh no more than Forty (40) lbs
Dog interview with leasing staff required
Dog must be licensed with the County or Township and registration kept current
Dog must be fully immunized, and immunization records kept current
Dog cannot be any portion of its genetics to be of a vicious breed, including but not limited to: Pit Bulls; Rottweiler’s; German Shepherds; Huskies; Alaskan Malamutes; Doberman Pinschers; Chow Chows; Great Danes; St. Bernards; or Akitas.

Cats
Two (2) Cats maximum per Apartment [Two (2) Animals Maximum]
Cat(s) must be fully immunized, and immunization records kept current

Fees
$350.00 one time, non-refundable, pet restriction waiver charge
$30.00 per month pet charge for each animal living in the Apartment

Carpet Replacement Policy
After a resident with a pet moves out, all carpet will be replaced regardless of its observable condition. If a resident moves out prior to the expected useful life of the carpet, Resident may be responsible for a portion of the carpet replacement cost.
